Ambitious Growth Plans Anchored by Revenue Projections

This reorganization aligns with SK Telecom’s strategic vision to accelerate expansion within its artificial intelligence segment. The company anticipates that by 2030 its dedicated AI division will achieve annual revenues near ₩5 trillion (around $3.5 billion), driven by innovative B2C and B2B offerings supported through substantial infrastructure investments.

Diving deeper into technological leadership, SK Telecom recently introduced an Nvidia Blackwell GPUs-as-a-service platform designed to deliver scalable computing resources tailored for demanding machine learning tasks. Furthermore, it has collaborated with OpenAI on establishing cutting-edge data centers under the ‘Stargate Korea’ project located in southwestern south Korea-an initiative aimed at enhancing both domestic capabilities and global competitiveness in artificial intelligence research and applications.
