Spotify has unveiled a fresh initiative designed to reward its most dedicated listeners. The new feature, called “Reserved by Spotify,” offers superfans the opportunity to secure two concert tickets before they become available to the wider public.
Understanding the Reserved by Spotify Program
This innovative ticket reservation service is debuting in the United States and is accessible exclusively to Premium subscribers aged 18 and above. The system identifies true fans through their authentic interactions with an artist’s catalog-such as streaming frequency, sharing activity, and other engagement metrics-and then grants them early access to purchase tickets ahead of general sales.
The pilot program’s first featured artist is Role Model, who will be touring 17 cities across the U.S. Starting June 23, eligible fans will receive notifications about their reserved tickets prior to official sale dates. Notably, Spotify does not impose any extra fees on these ticket purchases.
