In the early hours of a recent Saturday, Israeli air raids targeted a residential building on Al-Thalatini Street in Gaza City. This assault resulted in at least five fatalities, confirmed by medical teams who also reported numerous wounded individuals.

The victims included a father and his two daughters; their mother was critically injured during the strike and later died from her wounds. Several other residents sustained injuries during this sudden attack that came without any prior warning.

“There was no advance notice before these strikes,” reported a correspondent on site in Gaza, underscoring how such unannounced attacks are becoming increasingly frequent and severe.

Strikes Impacting displaced Populations

The night before,additional airstrikes hit a tent encampment sheltering displaced families in Khan Younis’ Al-Mawasi neighborhood. Five people were injured while seeking refuge amid escalating violence.

At the same time, intense gunfire was reported from Israeli naval vessels stationed off southern Gaza’s coast, heightening tensions along maritime boundaries and threatening coastal communities.
