The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has validated this recall following several complaints, some involving injuries sustained by users.

Recall Overview and User Safety Advisory

The affected Bike+ units were distributed between January 2020 and April 2025. Owners are urged to stop using thes bikes promptly to prevent potential harm caused by defective seat posts that may break unexpectedly.
