Influencer Files Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Assault and Fraud against Streamer Clavicular
An 18-year-old social media influencer, acclaimed as the “#1 female looksmaxxer,” has initiated legal action against braden Eric Peters, better known online as Clavicular. The lawsuit accuses him of sexual assault, battery, and fraudulent conduct.
Case origins and Initial Contact
Aleksandra Mendoza, who uses the Instagram handle @zahloria or Alorah Ziva, filed the complaint in Miami-Dade County. She alleges that her frist encounter with Peters took place in May 2025 when she was just 16 years old. At that time, Peters purportedly promised to boost her profile as a leading figure in looksmaxxing-a movement focused on enhancing facial appearance through cosmetic procedures or pharmaceutical interventions.
Formation of Their Agreement and Relationship Progression
Keen to grow her digital footprint, Mendoza agreed to create four looksmaxxing videos for Peters in return for $1,000. Their communication soon evolved beyond professional boundaries into personal exchanges. Peters allegedly offered to pay for Mendoza’s travel expenses so she could visit his home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Claims of Sexual Misconduct and Consent Violations
Mendoza asserts that upon arriving at his residence, Peters supplied her with alcohol until she became intoxicated enough to lose the ability to consent before engaging in sexual acts with her. She further claims that he had sex with her again while she was asleep the following morning without obtaining consent. The lawsuit emphasizes that Peters publicly acknowledged Mendoza’s status as a “minor” and was fully aware of her age-an important factor given Florida’s age of consent is 18 years old.
Legal context Surrounding Age Restrictions
Florida’s “romeo and Juliet” statute provides limited exceptions when partners are within four years’ age difference between ages 14-17; however, this provision appears irrelevant based on these allegations.
The controversial Livestream Incident Involving Unapproved Procedures
A few months later during a meeting in Miami arranged by Peters under the pretense of collaborating on a livestream aimed at expanding their social media reach, he allegedly injected Aqualyx-a fat-dissolving agent not authorized by US regulatory bodies-into Mendoza’s cheeks without medical supervision.
FDA Advisory: Improper use of Aqualyx injections can result in serious complications such as permanent scarring, infections, cyst formation or painful nodules due to tissue damage.
Mendoza reports experiencing a perforation injury on her right cheek following this unauthorized procedure performed by Peters himself.
Deterioration of Professional Ties and Reputation Damage Claims
Their interactions continued intermittently until early 2026 when Mendoza secured an endorsement deal promoting an online trading platform. According to the lawsuit,Peters allegedly orchestrated efforts aimed at undermining Mendoza’s reputation which directly caused loss of this sponsorship amid fears about potential disclosures from her side.
Peters’ Public Statement Regarding allegations
Peters responded via social media stating: “It’s disheartening how often women try exploiting me financially while I’m just trying to find my way through life.”
A Pattern Marked By Previous Legal Issues
- March Arrest: Earlier this year authorities detained Clavicular after he reportedly provoked physical fights between two women during live streams broadcasted on Kick platform from Fort Lauderdale.
- Wildlife Controversy: Florida wildlife officials are investigating an incident where he livestreamed shooting at what appeared initially dead alligator carcasses-sparking widespread condemnation from animal rights advocates amid growing public concern over influencer accountability (with recent polls indicating over 70% disapproval).
The Road Ahead: Pursuing Justice Through Court Proceedings
Mendoza has engaged legal representation but refrains from commenting outside official channels emphasizing “her narrative will be revealed through judicial processes.”
“We expect formal responses from Mr. Peters’ attorneys,” stated representatives managing litigation efforts.
This case highlights persistent challenges within influencer culture where imbalanced power dynamics intersect dangerously with young individuals’ vulnerability amidst rapid digital fame pursuits worldwide-underscoring urgent demands for enhanced regulations governing creators’ conduct both online and offline environments alike.
