Quebec residents recently observed Saint-Jean Baptiste Day on June 24th, another Tuesday holiday closely followed by Canada Day. with two statutory holidays occurring back-to-back on Tuesdays this year,many locals treat that entire week as an informal extended vacation period-much like how people traditionally unwind between Christmas and New Year’s.
